Excellent series
The abrasive metering valve is normally closed and opens when the blasting is started, avoiding the inconvenient shot of abrasive when starting up as with conventional blastpots. Together with the fine adjusting possibility of the valve this saves on abrasive consumption.

- Use
- No shot of abrasive when starting up.
- Wet/vapour blasting is possible to reduce dust.
- Possibility of blowing off objects with air (and water) only.
- Easy setup of blasting pressure and amount of abrasive.
- Performance
- Models available with contents of 18, 40, 60, 100, 160, 200 and 300 liter.
- Precise metering valve. Better setting leads to less abrasive consumption and less dust!
- Extensive option list to fulfil any blasting needs.
- Large pipework avoids pressure drop over the machine.
- Easy removal of parts for quick and easy maintenance.
- Quality
- Wear resistant metering valve for all abrasives. No problems with steel grits or fine aluminum oxide etc.
- Separate main air valve. Hardly no wear and maintenance needed.
- Separate decompression valve with wear disc. Very wear resistant and no risk of abrasive in the “air-side” of the machine.
- Painted galvanized and non-ferrous fittings for a perfect corrosion protection.
- Complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED). Safety assured!
- Environment
- The precise abrasive metering results in less abrasive consumption and less dust. This reduces the waste stream and the pollution of the surroundings.
- Large pipework avoids pressure drop over the machine so less energy is needed to reach the wanted blasting pressure.
- Saving
- No shot of abrasive when starting up and a precise metering lead to a lower abrasive consumption. Direct cost savings on abrasive purchase and disposal.
